How would you describe the taste of your biscuits? 

They're delicious! Our biscuits are soft bite and buttery, with a hint of vanilla. Hand finished with a layer of crunchy vanilla Royal Icing. All freshly made to order. 

Do you offer custom biscuits? 

We do! We have a minimum order of 12 biscuits, with a minimum of 6 Biscuits per design. The final price depends on the complexity of the design. Please see our custom Biscuit page to request a quote.  

How long will my biscuits last? 

Our biscuits will stay fresh up to 2 months unopened in their original packaging or opened and placed into an airtight container.

How long will it take to get my order? 

Our Biscuits are made to order and shipped out within 4 working days. Please bear this in mind when placing an order. We use Royal Mail 1st class tracked on all our orders.

Can I include a gift note?

Of course! Simply leave your message in the note section at checkout and we'll pop it in for you. 

How are your biscuits presented and packaged? 

The biscuits in our gift boxes are each individually glued down with royal icing onto a food safe sturdy glassine liner. This is then heat sealed for freshness and placed into a white gift box finished with a black ribbon. Our individual biscuits are each placed into a cellophane bag and heat sealed for freshness. All our biscuits are then packed safely for transport into study outer boxes. Our individual biscuits get extra protection and are placed into bubble pouches. 

Can I personalise one of your gift boxes with different colours?  

You can! You can leave your colour scheme in the note section at checkout. Alternatively you can email us at hello@katiesbiscuitshop.com to let us know what colours you would like changed. 

Can I add any writing on my biscuits? 

Usually yes, depending on the design. If you would like to add writing to a biscuit order, please email us, we can then let you know if this is possible. 

How big are your biscuits? 

All our size information can be found next to each product in our shop.

We don't currently offer Gluten free
