What do your biscuits taste like?

Our biscuits are buttery with a soft bite and a hint of vanilla, hand-finished with crunchy vanilla royal icing. All biscuits are freshly made to order.

Do you offer custom biscuits?

We’re not currently taking custom biscuit orders. Some existing designs offer personalisation options, as explained below.

How long will my biscuits last?

Our biscuits stay fresh for up to 2 months in their unopened original packaging. Keep them in a cool, dry place and do not refrigerate.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All biscuits are made to order and dispatched within 4 working days of placing your order. We send every order via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please allow for both preparation and delivery time when ordering for a special occasion.

Can I include a gift note?

Of course! Leave your message in the gift note section at checkout and we’ll include it with your order.

Can I add writing to my biscuits?

Usually, yes, depending on the design. If a biscuit has a personalisation box on its product page, you can enter your wording there. For other designs, please email us before ordering so we can confirm whether adding writing is possible.

Do you offer gluten-free biscuits?

We don’t currently offer gluten-free biscuits.

Can I send biscuits directly to the recipient?

Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s name and address as the delivery address at checkout.

Will prices or an invoice be included in the gift?

No, we don’t include prices or an invoice inside the parcel, so it’s ready to send as a gift.
