Shipping policy

Delivery is free on every UK order. We currently deliver within the UK only.

All biscuits are made to order. Please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. The dispatch time is separate from the time your parcel spends with Royal Mail, so please allow for both when ordering for a special occasion.

If you have any questions about delivery, please email hello@katiesbiscuitshop.com
