Refund policy
Refunds and Returns - Returns are accepted only for Biscuits which have arrived damaged or the wrong item is sent. Returns are not accepted if the Biscuits are no longer wanted. Refunds are only given in the unlikely event of us sending the wrong item to you.
Damaged Items - If your Biscuits arrive to you damaged. Please email hello@katiesbiscuitshop.com along with any photos of the damage. A replacement will then be made and sent out within 2 working days.
Cancelled Items - If your biscuits are no longer wanted. Please email hello@katiebiscuitshop.com within 24 hours to cancel your order. If your Biscuits have already been made, unfortunately we can't offer a cancelation.
